What is Systematic Strength?

Systematic Strength is a high-intensity fitness program incorporating the use of everyday movements and activities people have been doing for thousands of years: running, jumping, throwing, and picking objects up from below and pressing them overhead.

Systematic Strength optimizes your body strength and capabilities, preparing you to function efficiently, whether it is for the rigors of life-long activity or competition at the highest level.

This curriculum encompasses cardio strength with an emphasis on the neurodevelopment model using kettlebell skill progressions as well as the three main barbell strength movements of the squat, deadlift, and press. This class has a in-depth level of instruction and gives you the ability to see a long term development and improvement of your fitness with an emphasis on education as well as strength and movement accuracy. This functional movement class is designed to build total body strength, core strength, endurance, balance, mobility, and movement accuracy. If you have never taken this class before please discuss with an instructor prior to signing up to attend a class.

We personally design and guide all exercise workouts with participants using free weights, kettle bells, barbell, pull-up bars, and a variety of calisthenics. Your commitment develops your proficiency in each of ten fitness domains:

Semi-Private Strength Training Session

Focusing on each of your respective needs a semi-private sessions allowed for an intimate and encouraging setting with an experienced instructor. Individual attention and customized programming to meet each of your specific goals. Provides the best opportunity to fine tune technique, learn proper position, improve muscle recruitment, all while gaining strength and endurance. A perfect opportunity for private instruction with spouse or friend(s).

When canceling or rescheduling your appointment or class, we respectfully insist that you provide the minimum 24 hours notice. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or class will be charged the cost of the reserved service.
